Xavier Destribats Appointed General Manager of Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz
Hôtel du Palais, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt and one of Biarritz’s most iconic landmarks, officially announces the appointment of Xavier Destribats as General Manager.
Following an international career in luxury hospitality, Xavier Destribats returns to the Basque Country, where he gained his first professional experience in the restaurant industry and has maintained personal ties. Throughout his career, he has held general management positions with Hyatt in Tokyo, Mexico City, and Paris, before joining Kempinski, where he contributed to the management and development of a portfolio of hotels.
This experience will guide his mission in Biarritz: to further enhance the reputation and international profile of Hôtel du Palais while supporting its strategic development, working closely with the hotel’s teams and maintaining strong ties with the surrounding region.
