The building that houses the hotel (erected in 1894) was renovated by architect Gregorio Mara\u00f1\u00f3n, resulting in a hotel with 13 rooms and suites which can sleep up to 26 guests. The exterior spaces were designed by landscaper Mar\u00eda Medina, and the interior decoration was the brainchild of interior designer Cristina Arechabala, who created spaces aimed at promoting tranquility and relaxation with a style featuring simple and functional lines following the trend of minimalism and excellence without fanfare: comfortable spaces, with a clear use of cream tones, with furniture that is not boastful, not excessively decorated, thus giving prominence to the architecture and the historic environment of the establishment itself. In addition to the 13 rooms, the property includes a dining room, a sitting room, a beautiful central gallery where the hundred-year-old wine vats are located, some stables (now converted into a museum) where the clients’ most special celebrations take place, a winery, a gym, a massage room, and a swimming pool with views of the Ebro Valley.<\/p>\n

La Casa Cosme Palacio offers all kinds of services one might expect from a five-star hotel: a butler 24 hours a day, premium amenities, electric bicycles, beauty treatments, a guest manager, and exclusive experiences such as a private tasting event at the winery and a dinner paired with old vintages in the hundred-year-old cellars. The culinary proposal at La Casa Cosme Palacio, designed under the advising of the prestigious Basque Culinary Center, is based on local and market cuisine focused on conveying the region’s identity through local ingredients, some of which come from the hotel’s own garden \u2013 all this accompanied by the signature wines from their winery.<\/p>\n
