And I love high quality wine in general. I have been to Rioja, I tasted the wines, and we have also made a glass for Rioja wines.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tempranillo is a great variety which I personally think needs to have much more exposure. I think global warming will motivate many more wine regions to consider to plant Tempranillo, because it\u2019s a very tough fruit with a very thick skin.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I\u2019m also a supporter of tannin.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Rioja wine is very difficult to drink young, because it needs aeration. Tempranillo is a variety that needs lots of oxygen, and I think decanting it is a right answer.
