In addition to holding an undergraduate degree in Tourism from the University of Deusto in San Sebasti\u00e1n and pursuing a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management in Montreux (Switzerland), she has extensive knowledge of the region and its countless places of interest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Her first contact with private concierge services was in New York, where she did her professional internship with Quintessentially. Later, after working for several years at the Le Royal Monceau five-star luxury hotel of Paris, Edurne returned to San Sebasti\u00e1n and took up the role of Head of Concierge at the renowned Mar\u00eda Cristina Hotel. Her commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious Golden Keys Award, a testament to her unwavering dedication and professionalism. Currently Edurne is still part of the Golden Keys professional concierge association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">In addition to her work in the hotel industry, she has worked as a travel planner and guide in San Sebasti\u00e1n and its surrounding area through the company Basque Tours &#038; Events.
