In order to accommodate MICE travelers (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) who participate in events at the Kursaal, Arrizul Congress came to be in 2017, the most elegant hotel in Gros, one of the most dynamic and authentic areas of San Sebastián.
