Villa Favorita has two different gastronomic spaces and is a true magnet for foodies from all over the world: Amelia Restaurant (two Michelin Stars) and the Villa Favorita Bar by Paulo Airaudo.
The first space, which has garnered recognition from the French guide, features an open kitchen – thus creating a fluid dialog between the cooks and the diners. True to its sustainable philosophy, the restaurant works with small suppliers and artisans, both local and international. Using the seasonal ingredients available at the time, the chef creates a single tasting menu with different beverage pairing options designed to highlight the flavors of each dish: a non-alcoholic pairing option, a short pairing option, a pairing option called Amelia, a champagne pairing option, etc.
The bar features a more classic atmosphere, with a lounge and a terrace that open out to the sea. Here, you can have breakfast in the morning, an attractive menu of the day for lunch, surprising cocktails in the afternoon, and a snack menu at night washed down by an exclusive selection of wines.
To all this splendor one must add the new Relax & Beauty by La Perla service, inaugurated by the hotel in 2023. This wellness sanctuary, created with meticulous attention to detail, offers the opportunity to enjoy therapeutic massages and facial and body beauty rituals either alone or as a couple. The highly trained and expert team of professionals at La Perla Thalassotherapy –located just a few steps from the hotel– was in charge of designing the select menu of treatments in this space. These treatments include, among others, anti-stress massages with essential oils, ritual peels featuring salts and pink sand, seaweed detox wraps with scalp and face massage, body moisturizing for absolute evasion and relaxation, and overall rejuvenating treatments.
