The nineteenth-century building of a Neo-Norman style which today houses the Villa Soro Hotel in San Sebastián was once the residence of the Gaytán de Ayala family, closely linked to the nobility. The original layout of the family bedrooms was preserved during the building’s transformation to a luxury hotel, and today these rooms are the most elegant spaces of the hotel: Deluxe Villa.
Located on the first and second floors of the main villa and featuring a surface area of between 29 and 34 m2, these sleeping chambers are characterized by their high ceilings, their lavish marble bathrooms with a separate shower and tub, and their magnificent views overlooking the main garden, designed by Pierre Ducasse, the legendary gardener of the Royal Household of Spain. Some of these rooms also have a large terrace.
