With 139 years of history and six generations of the same family at the helm, Quera is far more than a jewelry shop — it is the reflection of a lineage that has mastered the art of turning time into excellence. More than a century after its founding, Quera stands as one of Spain’s leading names in the sector.
The opening of its San Sebastián boutique in 2024, located in the very heart of the city, marked a major milestone: it is now the largest jewelry store in the entire Basque Country, spanning 750 m2. The boutique features distinct areas devoted to the finest Swiss watchmakers and the most prestigious jewelry maisons. Within its showcases gleam timepieces by Rolex, Cartier, Chanel, Chopard, Tudor, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and Tissot. The firm also boasts an in-house watch workshop, ensuring clients receive immediate and expert service.
As for jewelry, Quera represents renowned firms like Chopard, Fope, Pomellato, Roberto Coin, Messika, Marco Bicego, and Fred. They also have their own collection of pieces designed by Mariona Quera, the sixth generation of the family. Their newest innovation, the Stellia Collection, features pieces crafted entirely in the Quera atelier. The collection draws on inspiration from the cosmos and the majestic brilliance of diamonds.
The shop also includes a refined writing corner, offering an impeccable selection of Montblanc fountain pens and leather accessories.
Since its arrival in the Gipuzkoan capital, Quera has become an integral part of daily life in San Sebastián, earning the trust of its clientèle through dedication, craftsmanship, and an enduring spirit of service that dates back to its founding in 1887. These are values shared by the distinguished brands it represents — values expressed through meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering pursuit of perfection.
With this philosophy, Quera reaffirms its commitment to the art of writing, fine jewelry, watchmaking, and excellence, offering each client pieces that embody distinction and enduring heritage.
