Kai Yachting is a company specializing in boat rentals along the Basque coast. Its fleet is made up of three yachts: the Getari, the Maren, and the Dolce Vita. The Getari does scheduled departures from the Port of San Sebastián to discover the secret cliffs of the rugged Basque coast, enjoy romantic sunsets, and even marvel at the International Fireworks Competition that is held every August in La Concha Bay.
The Maren is the company’s crowning jewel: a 12-meter-long yacht with a capacity for six passengers and two crew members that is reserved exclusively for private outings designed to the client’s taste. Although most outings are half a day or all day, it is also possible to hire the boat for several days. Passengers who so wish also have available a catering service or a snack of typical regional products on board at their disposal.
To support the Maren, Kai Yachting uses the elegant Dolce Vita. This is the ideal boat for outings with friends or as a couple. Dolce Vita can be booked by itself or in combination with the Maren.
Kai Yachting has three main bases (Getaria, Zumaia, and San Sebastián), where the vessels are usually anchored throughout the summer in response to the high tourist demand. In these latter two towns, the company has also created a sailing and fishing club, allowing anyone with a sailing license to reserve the Dolce Vita and use it freely as if it were their own (without having to worry about the maintenance or mooring of the vessel).
