Homes by SSH inaugurates a new branch in Madrid for the construction of luxury villas
Conceptualized in San Sebastián, the construction and interior design company Homes by SSH has undergone great expansion in recent years, having already opened offices in both Bilbao and Valencia and recently added a new branch in Madrid in order to serve projects arising in the capital. The most ambitious of these Madrid projects is the high-class estate that the company is building for a top-notch elite athlete. The mansion includes a large garden with a soccer field, a swimming pool, and paddle tennis courts.
In the Basque Country, the latest projects carried out have been the remodel of three houses and two tourist apartments in Bilbao, the construction of three industrial facilities in Zarautz, a complex comprised of 12 homes with garage space on Mayor Street in the Gipuzkoan town of Beasain (this project included completely emptying the building), three luxury developments in the center of San Sebastián, and the remodel of four homes in the Gros District.
At their office in Valencia, they have carried out work on four tourist apartments and a four-story house.
In France, Homes by SSH has renovated three complete buildings in Bordeaux and has built a development that features 10 houses in Bayonne.
The company also works on the building and remodel of commercial spaces. Among this type of work, noteworthy is the Multiópticas shop in Teruel, as well as the Nespresso boutique in San Sebastián, which has just been remodeled to reflect the Swiss firm’s new brand image.
Among of their upcoming projects, we must note the division of a historic villa and the construction of 11 single-family homes in San Sebastián.
