Founded in 1923 and about to celebrate its first hundred-year anniversary, González Larrauri is a renowned jewelry shop in San Sebastián that specializes mainly in contemporary jewelry for women. Through individualized attention that is tailored to each customer’s specific needs, and with a collection of maximum-quality pieces that are carefully finished, this shop has been able to become part of the current informal fashion world, without forgetting, of course, its roots as a classical jewelry shop.
Trying to make the shop’s collection as personal as possible, its owners visit national and international fairs to select special pieces from amongst the large firms and small craftsmen. They try to surprise their regular customers and occasional visitors with rings, brooches, pendants, bracelets, and earrings both for daily life and for more special moments in one’s personal and family life.
The establishment also offers a wide range of engagement and wedding rings in yellow, white and rose gold, with and without brilliants, whose finishings can be polished, martelé, sandblasted, and satin.
In terms of watchmaking, they work with the classic Swiss brand Ebel, linked to modern architecture; Frederique Constant, the maison in Geneva that is renowned for its creation of affordable luxury watches; and MeisterSinger, a German company famous for its single-hand watches and which has also created a limited edition that is exclusive to González Larrauri and dedicated to the city of San Sebastián – complete with an inscription and the city’s skyline etched on the back. González Larrauri Jewelers also represents L. Bruat, whose watches were created by Swiss artist Laurent Bruat; CT Scuderia, an example of impeccable Italian design; Alpina, the legendary sports watch brand; and Qlocktwo, which gives the time in words in multiple languages and is available in wall clock, table clock, and wristwatch format. Be it through words, through numbers, or through watch hands, the passing of time at González Larrauri has always been marked by quality and good taste.
