As the day progresses, the menu takes on the character of a refined bistro, where maritime flavor blends with Parisian delicacy: dishes such as oven-baked turbot and beef Chateaubriand with Bordelaise sauce elevate authenticity into sophistication.
The experience culminates at the lounge bar, inspired by legendary cocktail venues such as Hotel Savoy’s American Bar and The Connaught Hotel’s The Connaught Bar.
