On June 28th, BASQUE LUXURY presented the first professional concierge service in the Basque Country, which aims to offer personalized, exclusive and discreet assistance to travelers wishing to visit the Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja and the French Basque Country. This service, which until now was only offered by luxury hotels to their guests, will now be available to all travelers, thus elevating the visitor experience. Thanks to in-depth local knowledge and an extensive network of contacts, BASQUE LUXURY CONCIERGE, as this new service has been named, will fulfill the most demanding requests, recommending, organizing and meticulously managing each experience.
BASQUE LUXURY CONCIERGE specializes in transportation management (private jet flights, commercial airplanes and helicopters, cars with and without driver, and boat trips), accommodation booking, organization of private and corporate events, gastronomy (getting a table in the most demanded restaurants) and design of tours to discover the Basque culture.
In addition to offering virtual and face-to-face assistance to individual travelers, another important novelty of this service is that it is also aimed at companies that need to manage the stay of their clients in the Basque Country, national and international travel agencies that need local knowledge to organize the itinerary of their clients, tourist accommodations that do not have concierge service, as well as luxury hotels whose concierges need occasional support to solve an excess of tasks.
BASQUE LUXURY CONCIERGE is led by Edurne Mayoz, a San Sebastian-born tourism enthusiast with a long resume in the luxury concierge sector, who has accumulated experience in such renowned companies as Quintessentially in New York, Le Royal Monceau in Paris or the Maria Cristina Hotel in her hometown, where she was awarded the Golden Keys award, a testimony to her unwavering dedication and professionalism.
The concierge department, which will have a new office open to the public in the Lorea district of San Sebastian, thus joins BASQUE LUXURY’s four lines of business: the BASQUE LUXURY MAGAZINE and transportation services by helicopter, private jet and chauffeur-driven luxury cars.
